Minn-I-kota Youth Network

Minn-I-Kota Youth Statement of Ministry
Minn-I-Kota Youth exists as a network of area churches, which facilitates
and supports local youth ministry and the programs of Youth Unlimited.

Minn-I-Kota promotes a relational ministry to youth and leaders with a
commitment to glorify God through outreach, worship, discipleship, and
service.

Minn-I-Kota Youth implements and promotes its vision through:

Communication – It will provide a communication network of information,
program ideas, resources, support, prayer, and opportunities, between MIK
youth groups, youth leaders, church leadership, classis, and Youth
Unlimited.

Promotion – Minn-I-Kota Youth promotes activities and programs locally
and with Youth Unlimited, upholds the purpose and vision statements of MIK
and YU, and encourages the involvement of youth in their church and their
community.

Programs – Minn-I-Kota Youth provides opportunities for spiritual growth
and training. This is accomplished through resources, MIK events, local
youth events, and Youth Unlimited ministries.
